pregnancy after vasectomy?

Okay so I'm only 24 years old, in school, working on my degree, tryna save money. I'm married to my husband of two years who has had a vasectomy because we decided we are NOT ready to have children in the next few years. Today I go to a psychic and she tells me I'm going to have one as soon as 4 months! On top of that my Aunt and my mother in law says the same thing! They said they have had pregnancy (fish) dreams about me. I'm freaking out! I'm not ready for a baby!  Emotionally or physically or financially what should I do? Is it even likely that I will get pregnant after the vasectomy ??

A vasectomy is a permanent form of birth control unless he has a reversal which is expensive and isn't even 100% guaranteed to work. Not sure why you guys decided that form of birth control if you were hoping to have kids in the future. Chances of getting pregnant by him are VERY slim.

There is .01% chance that a successful vasectomy will not work and you would get pregnant. That is assuming he has had his sperm analyses after the vasectomy and it was successful. The surgery can be unsuccessful in the first place and then yes, it's possible.

Unless you cheat, it's unlikey if he got checked after it worked. If you didn't want kids yet why not just got on the pill or get the rod instead of going the other option
