Help - Advice

So I'm on a cooper iud, and about a month ago i had heavy bleeding for two weeks straight doctor said it was "normal" well lately I have been bleeding adter intercourse, feels like his penis is a knife during intercourse and I find sometimes when I go pee, and wipe I am light spotting, like a soft pink colour and I havent had sex in the past week. I seen my doctor and cleared a few things.. I am worried. Any advice?
