Female nipples... what's areola fuss about?

Ahhh... I punned. We shall see if it played. What are people's thoughts on women wearing tops where their nipples are visible? Please put some thought into this and give actual discussion. This is an attempt to understand the actual thoughts behind what women feel about their own bodies and others. Thank you all:)

I never wear bras anymore, sometimes I'll wear the occasional bralette or sports bra, but that's pretty rare. I don't care if people can see my nips or areolas through my shirt, and I don't mind seeing other people's either. In fact I think it's a cute look and it reminds me of the 90s when it was a huge trend (for celebrities and movie characters at least) to go braless and wear super thin silk dresses or super thin, tight crop tops. It's one of my favorite fashion trends.

I don't know why anyone would pay enough attention to people's breast to know if their nipples are showing or not. I don't get why it's a huge deal. I mean obviously they are covered. It just seems like people are running out of things to complain about.

Personally I would never not wear a bra in public, I'd be super uncomfortable. On the other hand, I don't care if someone isn't wearing one. I think certain places it could be considered inappropriate, though.

my boobs are too big to be let loose in public lol and I like and need the support of a bra. but when I'm home I never wear a bra and if I have unexpected guests come over like my dad or father in law I'll run and put a bra on.

Like looking like smuggling raisins?  Meh.  Good on them for not havin nips that could poke an eye out.  I can never wear tops that allow that because then people will be wondering why I've got one nipple near my armpit and one near my elbow.  But if I had nice normal nips then yeah I'd probably let them fly free!

To me not wearing a bra and seeing the shape through a solid shirt is fine but wearing shirts that visibly put your nipples on display is trashy in my opinion (mesh/clear etc). I love my 9yr old son & despise the thought of him having to see grown women's breast on display peeves me so much. I want my son to be a gentleman, I want him to treat his woman like she is rare, I don't want him used to seeing topless women and not be able to appreciate them later. I don't want him to look at those women in list either... Idk 😣

I think if you have small boobies and they're perky you can get away with no bra and wear cute little tops. If you have big ones you should wear a bra but if you don't want to then that's your choice. Their your tatas.

It's not a big deal women's bodies are just so sexualized that people can't fathom how a woman with exposed nipples isn't being provocative, sexual, or slutty.
