Help me!!

So I've had the IUD for a year now and it's been giving me really bad cramps, like fall on the floor and throw up cramps. I've been to the hospital twice over this and they always just give me norco and tell me to make an appt with my gyno, and then all he does is say oh its probably infected and give me antibiotics. Yesterday around 4 i started getting really bad cramps again but I didnt go to the hospital, and this morning its worse. Also I'm not bleeding or anything, just in immense amounts of pain and I've taken 800mg of advil today. Should I go to the hospital or should I keep trying to wait it out?????
