NOT waking up to pee?

Anyone else sleeping through the whole night and not waking up to pee? I mentioned to my midwife that I rarely wake up to pee and she said I must not be drinking enough water and that I should be waking up 2 or 3 times a night! Since my appointment on wednesday last week I have had over 100 oz of water a day (yesterday I had over 160 oz - 4.7 liters for metric ladies) and I still did not wake up to pee! Anyone else not waking up in the middle of the night to pee? Are you hydrated? 😝
