Mini pill or arm implant birth control
I'm currently breastfeeding and I was looking for a birth control that would not mess with my supply. I have an appointment for the arm implant but now I'm reading all of these horror stories about how terrible it is. Anyone have any suggestions or experience? Anything would be greatly appreciated!
