should I start pumping??

Ok I don't remember what I did with my first baby... I just had my daughter June 3rd and she laches well and when she is awake she  is great. Of course her days and nights are mixed up and she will sleep from 4am until like 2pm. During this time she will not latch or eat. Should I be pumping during these hours? Or will it be ok to wait until things even out and her schedule gets a bit better? Thanks!!
