I'm 13 years old and I want to become flexible. Do you think I could get really flexible?
I'm 13 years old and I never really stretch before. In our school there's no gymnasts or cheerleaders or anything like this. There is just one easy dance club. And if you had some experience with flexibility or anything like that before please comment some stretches that help you and will maybe for me too. Some easy stretches.
And what to do if I really can't get into my splits?
