Amniotic fluid leak??

The past few days my belly feels like it's slowly getting smaller. My belly button doesn't stick out anymore. I've had BV this entire pregnancy and can't seem to get rid of it. I've been feeling little tiny gushes of fluid and at first I figured it was just discharge. But then I noticed that even when I didn't have any discharge on my liners, they seemed damp and there's a different smell. My family won't take me to the doctor (I don't have a vehicle) because they're convinced it's just urine and that I'm worrying over nothing. I'm only 30 weeks, should I push for them to take me now or should I wait until my appointment next week??
