Sore after rough sex

So last night was the first time I've slept with this guy I've been seeing. He's a big boy and it had been a long time since I'd slept with anyone. The sex was good, but I could tell my lady parts were struggling to accommodate him and now I'm sore. I don't think anything tore, but it's kind of a sharp pain. Anyone have any home remedies?
