Low sperm count
Hi guys. We have been trying for baby for 15 months and I always thought it was me ...well we had sperm test done and it came very bad. We have changed diet and add supplements etc. I don't know what more we can do ? We had repeat the test but still waiting for results. I just feel like it wasn't one off considering that we tried for 15 months already 😐
