TTC is all I think about

Hi everyone I'm new to this forum and app and I just recently got married to my best friend and high school sweetheart after 12 years!! Now that we're done school and well into our careers all we want to do is have a baby. I think I'm driving myself crazy with all the what to do's to conceive and how to raise our fertility. We've been trying for 3 months and I'm currently on my TWW. I'm not sure if I am feeling pregnancy symptoms or just bad case of pms. Sore legs, extremely tired and cramps are just a few symptoms. I am excited but also so nervous. I just wanted to know how long did it take you all to finally conceive? ❤️
