Was your Clomid medication sucessful?

Today is the first day I start Clomid. I'm super defeated and doubtful the medication will work for me. I already ovulate and my blood work, pelvic ultrasound, and dye test passed with flying colors. I know it's the first response to unexplained infertility. But just as I knew how the other test were going to turn out (because I am as healthy as can be) I just feel doomed. This is my husband's 2nd marriage and his first wife wasn't not able to get pregnate either. He really wants a daughter. We have not put strain in the slightest about this but let's face it. I'm getting super anxious and sad. Trying to keep my spirits high. But I just have this feeling God is telling me no kids. 😔😓😢

Also, yes I know I can adopt or foster....i am adopted, along with 5 other if my siblings from all different parts of the world. I'd like to bare a child....first
