10 month old wants to breastfeed standing up :'(

Ever since the baby learnt to move around he has been giving me such a tough time with nursing. It has been a battle trying to get him in the high chair, he prefers to run around eating. And when I am nursing, he wants to stand up or at least sit up and look around with the nipple still in his mouth.

He has 6 super sharp teeth. So you all can imagine how painful it all gets. I am at my wits end. He goes to day care right after his first birthday and I was planning to breatsfeed at least for the first year, but it is getting to be so, so, difficult now.

Anyone else in my shoes? Suggestions?
