so worried. any insight would help.

Had my 12 week ultrasound last thurs along with blood work. The doctor emailed that day saying the ultrasound looked normal and to see him in 3 weeks for a regular appt. Today I got a call from the dr's office asking me to come in on Monday. I'm so worried now. Has anyone had a call from their doctor after the 12 week ultrasound/bloodwork? What was the outcome? I'm hoping it's just me and something possibly low in my blood, but it's currently Saturday night and Monday feels like an eternity away. :( Any insight?
