stomach ache

So my husband and I grilled some burgers for dinner. While eating the burgers we were both fine. 1-2 hrs later he gets a stomach ache and goes to the bathroom for a long while..he's fine now. Here I am as I'm writing this using the bathroom and man my stomach was rumbling like crazy , felt like something was boiling in my stomach. I feel nauseous af and my tummy still hurts. Maybe we didn't make the meat cooked all way? Idk but what should I use to try and soothe the pain. I drank water but idk if that will help or not.
