Hey all I'm due November 6th I'm currently 19 weeks pregnant and recently I feel like I have a heaviness in the bottom of my stomach which causes cramps which have become very uncomfortable I'm also getting cramps and a lot of movement from baby when I use the toilet which being pregnant is very frequent, this is my first baby and I'm unsure weither this is normal? Anyone else have the same or can offer me advice?
