It's official! Now what??

Hi guys!

I found out yesterday I'm pregnant! We have been trying for 2 years and I'm just in complete and totally shock!

I realized however that I never planned what I would do once this moment actually came lol!

I know I need to make an appt with my OBGYB, prenatals are a check, but what else should I be doing/not doing?

Any tips for newly pregnant women???

Just try to limit your caffeine , of course alcohol/cigarette consumption if you use those, and no raw or undercooked meats :) congrats mam!!

Try not to stress too much, research questions you should ask at your first appt. so your prepared and see what your doctor has to tell you about your health situation. No deli or raw meat and no soft cheeses such as feta, blue and so on. Congratulations!!
