Swollen feet and legs?any tips ladies
Ladies I'm 20weeks 4days today is the very first day I've noticed my feet and legs(ankles)swelled like this. Its not to to bad but I can see a difference, definitely doesn't help the weather here is 95degrees were In a heat wave next few days so besides water and elevation what would you girls recommend and have done that works. 🤔🤔🤔🤔
