Where to turn- possible PPD?

Not sure where to post this, but it's health related so I went with here. 
5 months postpartum and starting to feel down lately. Nothing but love for my precious little baby, but I'm definitely not myself. Can I make an appointment with my OBGYN to discuss this? Or would I find a psychiatrist, counselor, etc? Not sure where to go from here. It's 2:05am and I'm crying in the bathroom. 😅 I need a plan of action. Thanks in advance.
