serious question

Ok so I'm 10 days from my period but since the past 3 days I've been having some kind of pain in my left ovary. I'm 15 years old and sexually active, I got an IUD like 4 months ago and it hasn't given me any problem. I also have a lot of some kind of white and groomy discharge since a few days ago. My problem is that today I felt a great pain, so strong that I started crying and had to take two pills. Now, four hours later it still hurts, has anyone of you experienced something like this ? Do you know anything I can do or take or what the pain can be ? ANY HELP PLEASE ...
