Let me explain, my SO is in the body piercing business. He regularly pierces other women, including nipples and anything else you can think of. It never bothers me because I trust him and I know he's professional at his job but I'm curious how other people feel about it. Could you handle your SO having a job where they see people naked fairly regularly?

When I got my nipples pierced, I asked the man piercing me if it was awkward seeing someone he pierced in a private place outside of the shop and he said this to me, "well, when I pierce people and see naked people every day, it's just my job. I don't even see boobs as boobs in here. I see the anatomy that I have to correctly pierce/tattoo because that is my job and the thought of doing it incorrectly makes me incapable of seeing boobs sexually. It's like doing stitches on a woman who has just given birth: you see the vagina and you're touching it, but it's not a vagina, it's a job."

When you are doing something like that regularly it becomes normal and just parts.  I am a nurse.   I see more penis in a week than I can to admit to.  It is not a big deal.

I'm in vet med- I see a lot of genitals (on animals though and I end up removing them half the time). I imagine it's the same in human medicine. You honestly just become detached- it's just your job. From friends/family I have in human medicine they say the same thing. It's your profession and youre professional about it. I wouldn't worry at all.

I worked in healthcare and I can only remember the first patient I saw naked, the other 2648449 after that I couldn't point out if my life depended on it.

I definitely could, have, and still do. My husband used to work security for some of the most popular hotels for celebrities, events, etc. He'd often times work Miami fashion week securing the grounds or ensuring the models dressing were secure. I can't tell you how many times my husband told me those poor girls are running around stark naked trying to get changed for their next walk 😂 and it never fazed me once. I would just ask him like "omg are they really as beautiful as they seem on the runway?" Or something along those lines.
