HELP PREGNANT SPOTTING CLOTS won't let me press TMI for pics

Okay last Wed night I was bleeding bright red for 2 hours... since then I've been having brown spotting with clots. Rested well all weekend barely any movement. Seemed to clear up, now today I've been working and this is happening :'( last week after that bright red bleed baby was okay and levels were going up... should I be concerned seen doctor put "SCh" on ultrasound... no cramps, kinda itchy actually. Sorry tmi. Help a momma I'm 6 weeks :'(
