Scheduled C-section for july 21....

Yesterday I had a Dr. Appt and I ended up crying. My dr is worried about my blood sugar. It's really high even thou I have changed my diet like he said too. This pregnancy is the hardest one I have had. I'm on thyroid medicine, iron pills and now medicine for my blood sugar. So dr wants to do it before I am 39 weeks because I'm high risk. I will be 38 w 3 d when we go in to have our baby. Im excited and scared at the same time. Im excited to meet our first son but scared about the surgery (4th c-section). Im getting my tubes tied also.

What do they do at non stress screenings? Dr also want me to do that 2x week for the next 5 weeks.
