First Appointment a Question

This is my first baby and I'm concerned about how far out my first appointment is.. my last period was 4/24/17 which currently makes me 7 weeks ... I called my ob/Gyn office they said my earliest first appointment could be July 7th. Is it just me or does that seem far out ? The only symptoms I really have is fatigue/ dizziness and a little breast tenderness. But some days I don't feel it. Haven't had any spotting so I'm assuming everything is ok. I'm due Jan 29, 2018 ... when are u ladies having your first appointment ???
