Whole30
Day #2 of Whole30 winding down. For those of you who haven't heard of Whole30, it's basically a 30 day dietary "cleanse" (similar to Paleo, but more hardcore). There's no sugar/artificial sweeteners allowed, no alcohol, no grains, no legumes, no dairy, no carrageenan, no sulfates/sulfites, no MSG, no soy lecithin, and no cornstarch.
So far, I'm doing pretty well! I've had a lot of cravings, but I haven't succumbed to any of them, and I've been able to cut down on my snacking. I'm hoping Whole30 will help me get a jump-start on my weight loss goals, reduce my carbs/sweets cravings, soothe my GI issues, give me more energy, and maybe even help with my PCOS.
Has anyone else ever tried Whole30? What was your experience with it? Did you see results? What did you struggle with most? Any tips you could give me? Thanks!
