OPINIONS PLEASE!!!!

This is going to sound really shitty but since my boyfriends been out of state I've been kinda lonely and got drunk one night with a friend and we had sex. I was ovulating around that time and he said he pulled out but some came out of me when I stood up. If I end up pregnant should I abort and not say anything? I just don't want to hurt him. Please don't be rude either. It was a mistake.
