i'm not gonna say much but im 15 (will be 16 in two months) and he's 19.

yes?? that seems almost predatory. you're in 2 completely different stages of your life. not to mention the legality of the situation - or lack there of.

Just my opinion but... Age difference isn't a problem - when you're older. If a 19 year old guy wants to wait for you until you're of age, then it's fine. The laws exist for a reason. You can be on the same levels, and you have a lot of important life decisions to make in the next years.

Be careful and responsible and don't let anyone pressure you into anything. Love = respect and in my opinion, a grown man would be understanding that you are very young and would be respectful of you and the laws.

Yes. I have a friend who was early 20s and had sex with a 17 1/2 year old. She got angry when they broke up and pressed charges.

No statutory rape charge in that state. No age of consent. So he went to prison for 2 years, was on a sex offender registry for 8 more. Can't do certain jobs, doesn't go to school functions for his kids, because if you google him, you see a felony rape charge.

You may not think it is a big deal. Or say it won't happen in your case and you're right. But honestly, he would have said the same thing back then. Before he ruined his life for some sex. It's a law, break it and consequences may be more than you realize.

19 years old dating a 15 year old is a grown ass adult dating a child. It would be different if you were 18 and he was older, but it's sketchy at your current age.

I honestly think it does matter. It may not seem like a big deal to you now, but once you have more life experience, you may regret it. If he isn't with girls (or boys) his own age, there is a reason. Would you want to date a 12 yo? How about 11? That's the equivalent of what he is doing with you. Does that sound or feel right? I'm sure you may be asking this question because you may have an idea that it isn't safe or healthy for you to be dating this guy. Do what your gut is telling you! I dated at 24 yo when I was 18/19... I was way more emotionally mature than he was and it wasn't a good experience. Date someone your own age or don't date! You are so young and have so much time ahead of you to be dating. Focus on school and your friends, hobbies and interests! Guys will always be there. Trust me, high school relationships almost never lead anywhere.

Depends on your local laws.  When I was 16 I was with a 19 year old but it was illegal for us to have sex.  My parents okayed the relationship though.
