Cleansing and health changes before pregnancy
So Hubby has agreed we can start trying for number two in December.
While I know that is a ways off I'm wanting to take the time to get my body as prepped as possible to insure a healthy pregnancy and baby. I am working on a plan to get more active and eat better to get myself down to a healthier weight.
What I'm asking is that if anyone has any tips or advice for types of cleanses (preferably natural) or knows of certain foods that are good let me know. Also any other tips or tricks you use when trying to increase fertility or over all health. Oh and anything I should avoid. Thank you!
I'm doing some of my own research (nutritionfacts.org and others) but I always like to hear from real women to see what wisdom they have to give.
