trying to stay positive

Im about 4.4 weeks.  I've been spotting for a week. Bright red. Yesterday it was more than spotting so I went to the er. No clots. My hgc was 230 and my ultrasound said my endometrium is thick. But didn't see a sac. But that could be normal for where I'm at.  Today I'm just light spotting again. Mild cramps. Tomorrow I go for another blood test. They also said I have a uti. My obgyn isn't really too concerned and I just have my first appointment in 2 weeks. Trying to stay positive.. anyone else have a similar story that will make me feel better 😕
