Spotting after fingering?

So recently after I have fingered myself, I have had blood occur for about an hour, and then it'll stop. I've looked this up and found no results that match my symptoms; I have no diseases, I don't have long fingernails, I'm not going rougher then usual. I've recently got over a yeast infection so maybe that's causing it? I dont know, someone please help!
