think of the most random while masturbating

I am 16 and I am not a big fan of having others touching me yet. I am a little insecure when it comes to that so I do it on my own time. But what I'm curious about is if when I masturbate usually when I'm close to orgasming something random and weird just pops in my head and I get weirded out so I stop. Does this happen to anyone else??
