Anti-depressants safe for pregnancy?

i have severe anxiety and depression but im desperate for a baby. my psychiatrist had prescribed me 25 mg citalopram but i wasnt okay with the side effects also stopped cos i was worried it'd affect my chances ttc. now she has prescribed me 50 mg sertraline and im so scared again it'll affect my chances. just wondering if anyone else has taken this and still had a healthy pregnancy etc?
