Suddenly very sick!

So I'm 8 weeks pregnant and I was fine up until today....I was perfectly fine this morning while running errands then literally within seconds I got a massive headache where I thought my head was gonna explode then followed severe nausea and my body was shaky. I couldn't even use my hands because they were shaking so much and I couldn't stop it. Now I'm just feeling terrible and so sick and my head hurts so bad that my eyes hurt...anyone have any idea what is causing this? This is my 5th pregnancy and I have never experienced this before.
