Prenatal vitamins making me sick???

Is it possible that my prenatals are making me sick?? I was taking the equate brand and felt fine but then ran out and started taking the Kirkland brand and literally everytime I take one about 20 mins later I get super nauseous and am running for the toilet. Also. If I am throwing up that soon after taking it would I need to take another??

You may have the MTHR gene mutation and require methyl folate instead of folic acid in your prenatal. Do some research and see what you think. It's a pretty common issue.

Yep. I had to take mine right before I went to bed or I'd be sick. I actually stopped taking them around 30 weeks, I couldn't deal with it anymore.

Ask your ob for a prescription prenatal. Or the one a day women's gel caps don't make me sick. Every other one made me sick no matter what
