Pregnancy Spots

I am 12 weeks 5 days pregnant and have noticed these reddish spots showing up on my skin. At first they were only on my thighs but now they are showing up on my belly as well. They aren't painful and originally I thought maybe sunspots because I wear shorts a lot but now that they are in my belly... Idk. I've never had them before. Has anyone had these or currently have them? What are they? Thanks in advance.
