Help plz and no bashing:(
Hey ladies
I'm 23 ftm with a 10 month old.
Lately I've been super stressed and my moods been all over the place. My son's been cranky fighting his sleep and I've been snapping.
I don't yell but i swear and i end up walking away.
I cry every night over it I feel mean and like s horrible person
Advice ?
