Reflux issues - Change formula?

Question

My eldest child had reflux as an infant with projectile vomiting and we put her on Enfamil AR and it fixed it fairly well.

Now my newest baby (4.5 mos) has it too and we're on Enfamil AR (just switched to Parents Choice brand of it due to cost) and whereas my eldest got better by 4 mos and with AR, this one just is getting worse.

Literally she burps all day long no matter how long we burp her throughout and after feeding. She constantly spits up, it's a never ending waterfall. My eldest would vomit and that'd be it but this one just keeps going. She'll spit up around her paci while we're rocking to sleep 2 hours after a feed.

Almost every time she spits up, she burps. I'm wondering if, while she does have reflux, she has a gas problem. I know she's gassier than her sister was but this is crazy. No constipation, no crying from gas or a hurt tummy, just burps and massive spit ups.

Should I take her off of Enfamil AR (Walmart brand) and try Gentlease or a sensitive formula with cereal added to it? Or just stick it out? She's recently started solids but still spits those up too.

I decided to switch her to Alid's brand of Enfamil Gentlease. I didn't add cereal. She's doing much better. I think I was right that her real underlying problem was gas. She's not spitting up as much now and seems happier.

My daughter has to be on Similac Sensitive. We tried the parents choice - got two huge tubs. My daughter was constipated, more gassy and spit up more on the parents choice. It was a very noticeable difference. 
However it seems like the up&up brand my target doesn't have any bad effects on her. 
So personally I'll only get the Similac or up&up.

I went through formula hell. Did Enfamil Gentlease, Enfamil AR, then a Gentlease AR combo, Gerber Soothe, Similac Spit Up. Nothing helped. Put her on Similac Alimentum, she still spit up. Finally started putting 1/2 teaspoon of baby cereal in her Alimentum bottles....and very little spit up! Then tried Gentlease with baby cereal, constant spit up. Went back to Alimentum with cereal, no spit up. So that's what I'm sticking to. Unfortunately every baby is different, but don't stop trying. Otherwise, you're in for the long haul until 6-10 months old when they grow out of it and decrease spitting up in general.

Also, if you have an open mind towards natural homeopathic remedies, I took my baby to a chiropractor that has experience adjusting infants. That alI be reduced her spit up by 50% and eliminated her gas problems completely. You can also try giving baby Nat Phos 6x (1/2 tablet 6x day) and Nux Vomica 30c (1 tsp 2x day).

I would first of all mention all concerns to your babies doctor. I had my daughter (17wks) on Gerber Soothe, then gentle and now Similac Alimentium. She a new baby! She was horribly fussy and gassy and she has reflux to top it all off. She even had an X-ray and it showed a lot of gas bubbles so she is overall a gassy baby. Since being on this formula she is able to pass gas better and have regular poops. Still spits up but she is overall a new and happily improved baby ! Haha ☺️
