Sex every day or every other?

I didn't get a positive opk yet, I'm cycle day 11. Probably 13/14 I'll get it. Husbands semen analysis showed 400 million sperm. I want to make sure good sperm is there for when I ovulate but he has so many idk if everyday will mess it up.

What does your OBGYN suggest. I want to do daily but my doctor suggests every other.
