TTC after miscarriage.

I had a miscarriage I'm Jan 2017 I was 9weeks . We started TTC again February 2017 . It's now June and bfn AF has arrived . When I had my miscarriage everyone would say oh you'll get pregnant right away because you'll be super fertility , boy was that a lie and a huge let down . So month 6 of TTC is coming and I'm just so anxious , nervous and stressed to see what happens. We are giving ourselves til December 2017 if it doesn't happen by then we are done trying which is adding to my anxiety. I was wondering how long it took you to get pregnant after a miscarriage and if you did anything different for example change your diet , take any supplements, etc?
