is labor near?! thoughts??
I'm 36w2d and wondering if labor is near. I had my cervix checked at my last appointment 5 days ago and was 1cm and 50% effaced. Last night and today I lost my mucus plug (a ton!) coming out in huge chunks including several pieces about the size of my pinky finger. I know it can regenerate but with other symptoms I'm wondering if I could be getting close. I've had increased pelvic pressure, cramping and tightness, and my lower back has been hurting so bad! I think baby may have dropped too. What do you ladies think? Hoping I can keep him in for at least another week!
