UUUGH VITEX?!?

Has anyone tried vitex & has it effected your period? I believe I took them wrong?! I believe once my period show up I suppose to stop using them until it AF leaves or what should I have done cause I haven't seen my period yet since March 30-April 16 2017....im just uugh right now🤦🏾‍♀️🤷🏾‍♀️

I took it between af and ov for 3 months and got pregnant. If you haven't had an af for a long time you can take it now. I had a good experience bringing on af. Check first that you're not pregnant though. I went from a period every other month to 35 days. Which is the month we conceived.

I took vitex for 3 months and it made my cycle more regular (i was having minorly longer and shorter cycles and my luteal phase was kinda messed up) after 3 months my luteal phase went from 10 days to 13days and we got pregnant that cycle! I have heard that it can cause issue with womens cycles though so idk, i only have positive reviews for it
