BBT trackin and PCOS...any advice??
Hi! So I got my bbt thermometer today, and will start trackin tomorrow. I have read lots of articles about when to take my temp etc and know how meticulous I need to be....trouble is I have PCOS and I have heard temp tracking can be misleading with this condition....can anyone share any good or bad experiences with bbt tracking and PCOS?
