Mate not interested in sex anymore

So my guy and I last had sex 3 months ago on his birthday. But that was 3 whole months ago. Every time I ask for sex it's always "I don't feel like it" "it's annoying when you ask me for sex" "whenever sex happens it'll happen". Last night I asked him can we cuddle because I have now accepted the fact that I'm not gonna get any sex & he did not touch me last night! He didn't even bother to try to hold me. I laid my head on his arm & he went straight to sleep. Like wtf I'm very confused because it's like he's not interested in me anymore. I asked him if he don't see me the same anymore , if he's sleeping w/ someone else, is he disgusted by my body & etc. He keeps saying it's not me , I'm perfect.....it's him because he just don't have it in him anymore. And he masturbate everyday so I still feel insecure about him not wanting to sexually please me. It's killing me until I'm in tears because I'd hate to get it from someone else. I asked him do I need to get it from someone else & he says "if you feel that way then do what you gotta do." Like am I wrong for feeling this way? What should I do? And what's your thoughts?
