Tips to improve ewcm?
So I see lots of other types or cm through the month but my ewcm I just never catch anymore. I remember seeing it in my teens and 20s but not since going off of bc back in April. I am turning 31 next month. I have a lot of trouble drinking enough water and want to up my intake. I weigh about 126 pounds and read it should be about half your weight in oz. my only worry is messing up my opks with my tests being too diluted. What else can I do besides robitussin? Thoughts?
