Fertility Consult

We have our first appointment with the fertility clinic on Friday, and I'm wondering if any of y'all can give me an idea on what to expect? Hubby and I have both done some testing...SA, HSG, we are going to the urologist, I've had a couple ultrasounds...so I'm taking all the results with me but would love to hear what you guys found out at your appointments? Or if you have any tips on questions I should ask! I've been trying to keep track of stuff that runs across my mind, but I'm sure I'm forgetting stuff!
