Should women be able to go bra-les without any judgment? Should it be normal to not wear a bra?

I've heard that bra's can contribute to breast cancer and going bra-less can help the sisters become more firm. We all know that not wearing one is more comfortable. So why is it so taboo to see nipples poking out a little?
