HELP! baby acne or rash??!

My baby girl will be a month old on 6/25/17(Sunday) she has had the milia on her face (little white bumps) since birth. But now these reb bumps are popping up everywhere!! She doesn't seemed bothered by them.. and from what I've searched it looks like baby acne?? Any suggestions and advice to help get rid of it would be great!!

Yep, my little guy has them. For awhile they were quite awful! Warm washcloth and time. His are much better now!

I also found if he got hot or sweaty on his face (falling asleep at the boob) that made it worse.

My son gets like that when he gets warm! My nephew was the same way, I usually let him hang out in just a onesie or a diaper for a bit and it calms down

May sound a little weird, but put a little breastmilk on it each time you nurse. My little girl's face doesn't look perfect, but it looks a lot better than a couple of days ago!

My darlings was almost that bad a couple days ago... I took a long warm bath with her and scrubbed her face down with a washcloth and some baby soap a couple times :) I think my Lulu has slightly oily skin then average which is why she breaks out so bad...
