Episiotomy freakout

Hello girls

Today is 4 weeks since I had my baby boy, I had to have an episiotomy after what felt like forever, pushing and having my son's head in my vaginal canal for almost 2 hours.

Anyway (TMI) first of all I feel dirty all the time, because my natural odour has changed and I hate this postpartum smell.

But what is worse I checked the stitches down there today and noticed that they are quite lose and the skin appears to have healed slightly open as the stitch isn't tight enough to pull both sides close...

I'm freaking out here, feeling like I I'll never be the same down there...

Any similar experiences?
