Help me

Soo I've been so tired lately and sleeping my back has been killing me certain foods smell alot of pooping and bad acne showing up but I got brown pink blood at first for like 7 hours then it stopped the next day was heavy blood and tiny clots but my Dr said it could be implantation not all implantation is spotting and small my cramps are all on one side and still bleeding not a lot bit I'm bleeding and it happened a day after my missed period Dr said it could be late implantation anyone else experience this???
